Interval data analysis

We pull your usage intervals and rate schedule to see where demand charges and time-of-use pricing are really landing.

Roof, ground, or carport

Ballasted low-slope racking, standing-seam clamps, ground mounts, or parking canopies — chosen by structure, not by catalog.

Structural and electrical review

Engineered load letters, service capacity checks, and three-phase interconnection design before anything gets ordered.

Permitting and PTO

County permitting, fire access pathways, utility application, and permission to operate — tracked to completion by one point of contact.

Will you work around our operations?

Yes. Staging, roof access, and any electrical shutdowns get scheduled around your hours before work starts.

Can you do the roof too?

We do. If the roof will not outlive the array, we will price the re-roof and the solar together so it is done once.

Summer demand charges were driving the bill, and the membrane roof could not take penetrations.
What we did
Interval data pointed at weekday afternoon peaks, so we ballasted a rooftop array over the conditioned side of the building and kept fire access pathways clear for inspection.

The constraint
Several tenant meters and one landlord meter made it unclear who the array should serve.
What we did
We mapped each meter against its rate schedule, sized production to the landlord's common-area load first, and left racking capacity for a second phase.

The constraint
The existing service had no headroom for a backfeed breaker, and the roof was near end of life.
What we did
We upgraded the three-phase service, moved the array to a parking canopy instead of the aging roof, and scheduled the shutdown outside production hours.
