Address search and solar previews

When address suggestions are enabled, the text you type is sent through Origin’s address search to Photon, a third-party service using OpenStreetMap data. Complete addresses may also be sent to the U.S. Census Geocoder when Photon cannot return a matching address. You may turn suggestions off and enter your address manually. When you request a solar preview for a matched address, its coordinates are sent to Google Maps Platform to retrieve roof, satellite and modeled solar-exposure data. These providers process requests under their own privacy practices. Google solar imagery is shown temporarily and is not saved with your inquiry. 4. Video Consultations

When you book Origin Direct, we create a unique room link with Jitsi Meet and place it on your confirmation screen, in appointment emails and in the calendar file. The room name uses a random booking identifier rather than your name, email, address or phone number. Opening the link connects you to Jitsi’s video service and is subject to the provider’s practices. Review Jitsi’s security and privacy information. Do not share the booking link publicly; contact Origin if you need help or want a different appointment arrangement.

5. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Origin Solar, Roofing & Generators. These messages may include:

• Notifications about scheduling, permitting, inspections, or project updates.
• Maintenance or follow-up reminders.
• Customer support responses to your inquiries.

Message Frequency: you may receive up to 3 messages per week.

Message and Data Rates: standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
