Origin Solar Care is designed for routine annual maintenance. It is not an unlimited repair plan, equipment warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee of solar production.
Annual solar system checkup
A visual condition and safety-oriented review of accessible panels, visible mounting and roof interfaces, conduit, disconnects, inverter, monitoring, and other installed equipment.
One standard panel cleaning
Scheduled with the annual visit when the residential roof-mounted array can be accessed and cleaned safely under normal site conditions.
Performance and monitoring review
We compare available monitoring information, visible system condition, and the concerns you report, then document recommended next steps.
10% off eligible repair labor
Members receive 10% off qualifying repair labor performed by Origin. Parts, equipment, permits, engineering, and third-party charges are excluded.
Discounted additional service calls
Additional visits receive the current member diagnostic or dispatch rate, disclosed before scheduling.

The checkup is visual and service-oriented. It does not include destructive testing, engineering, code certification, roof repair, pest removal, vegetation work, or opening equipment that cannot be safely accessed.
BEFORE YOU ENROLL
Simple pricing. Defined coverage.
- Monthly billing requires a 12-month initial commitment.
- The $300 annual option is prepaid for a full membership year.
- One standard checkup and one standard cleaning are included per membership year; unused visits do not roll over.
- Special access, steep or fragile roofs, unusually large or commercial arrays, detached structures, and nonstandard cleaning needs may require a separate quote.
- Discounts cannot be combined and apply only to eligible Origin work. Manufacturer warranty claims and third-party costs remain subject to their own terms.
The final membership agreement controls eligibility, scheduling, renewal, cancellation, and payment. Origin confirms these details before collecting payment.
COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I enroll if Origin did not install my system?
Possibly. Origin first confirms the system type, service area, safe access, and whether the equipment can be supported. Request enrollment and we will review fit before payment.
Does the plan cover repair parts?
No. The 10% member discount applies to eligible Origin repair labor. Replacement equipment, parts, permits, engineering, shipping, manufacturer charges, and third-party work are excluded unless the final agreement says otherwise.
Is cleaning always completed at the annual visit?
It is included when the array can be reached and cleaned safely under standard residential conditions. Weather, roof condition, array access, manufacturer instructions, and site hazards may require rescheduling or a separate scope.
Are extra service calls free?
No. Additional visits receive the current discounted member diagnostic or dispatch rate. Origin will disclose the applicable rate before scheduling.
