THE SHORT ANSWER
Florida PSC’s customer-owned renewable-energy page lists WREC net-metering materials, while WREC remains the source for current member requirements. Verify the active documents directly. [1][2]
Record document identity
Save title, revision date, source URL and retrieval date for each agreement, rider, application or technical instruction. A file found in an old project folder may no longer control.
Ask what applies to this system
Identify proposed capacity, inverter, battery, ownership structure and existing generation. Ask WREC which documents match that configuration and member account.
Separate policy from engineering
A billing rider does not replace a one-line, permit or equipment review. Build a file that keeps contract, utility, jurisdiction and manufacturer records in their proper lanes.
Freeze the submitted set
Index attachments and keep proof of submission. When WREC requests a correction, record the changed page and preserve the accepted final version.
