THE SHORT ANSWER
The utility meter records electricity exchanged with WREC; inverter monitoring may record array production. Solar used inside the home can make those totals legitimately different.
Label the boundaries
Record imported energy, exported energy, inverter production and any measured household consumption. Confirm whether each value is kW or kWh and measured or estimated.
Match the dates
Export monitoring for the exact meter interval. A calendar-month app total will not directly match a bill spanning portions of two months.
Account for self-use
Daytime solar serving household loads may never cross the cooperative meter. Weather, HVAC, pool or EV changes can alter imports without proving equipment trouble.
Route the remaining issue
Ask WREC about bill and meter records. Ask a qualified solar provider about production or monitoring. Send each the aligned evidence and recent meter, internet or electrical-work timeline.
