Identify every owner

Use the leased-process link and instructions published by OEU on the review date. Ask which party submits engineering, agreements and ownership evidence.
Read transfer and service terms
Review maintenance, monitoring, roof work, insurance, default, home-sale transfer, purchase and removal provisions in the actual contract. DOE advises understanding ownership choices and agreements. [2]
Align all documents
The lease equipment schedule, OEU application, permit design and installed inventory should agree. Resolve substitutions or capacity changes before final approvals.
