Use OEU’s seven-step process to identify the last documented milestone. Panels on the roof do not prove local inspection, field verification or PTO. [1]
Gather stable identifiers
Collect property owner, service address, OEU request or application references, permit number, former contractor and installed equipment models. Protect account credentials.
Ask OEU a precise status question
Use the published engineering-solar channel and ask which milestone is recorded, what remains open and what documents the authorized owner must provide. Save the response.
Check the permit separately
Confirm jurisdiction, inspection results and corrections with the City of Ocala or Marion County. A closed utility task does not erase an open permit item.
Define new service boundaries
A qualified provider may offer diagnostics, document reconstruction or corrections after review. That does not automatically assume the original contract, workmanship warranty or financing obligations.
