Use Lakeland’s solar contact channel to close project questions

State the project identity safely

Include service address and account information only through the utility’s approved channel. Identify whether the question concerns a new system, expansion, battery, existing-system transfer, agreement or bill. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal records.

Ask a narrow question

Reference the current proposal capacity, equipment revision, bill line or agreement section and ask exactly what requires clarification. A focused request is easier to route than “Is this solar deal good?” which asks the utility to judge a private contract.

Attach traceable evidence

Provide the relevant bill page, equipment schedule, one-line or utility form as appropriate. Label version dates. Do not attach an entire financial file when the issue is only a meter or capacity field.

Carry the answer into the project

Save the utility response, case number and date. Share it with the project team and update the assumption register or proposal if needed. A utility email can clarify its process but does not replace permits, field inspection or signed contract terms.
