Compare source documents
Place the current Duke bill, property address, proposal, financing or lease record and preliminary permit information side by side. Mark spelling, unit, parcel or account-name differences without altering an official record yourself.
Identify authorized signers
Ask which person or entity must authorize the Duke application and project contract. A tenant, trust, estate, corporate owner or recent buyer may need a different documentation path.
Keep privacy controlled
Share full account numbers and identity documents only through approved channels with parties that need them. A public proposal review generally needs redacted usage and service information, not credentials.
Correct once, then propagate
After the responsible party confirms the right format, update all project records and version dates consistently. Retain the prior submission and correction notice so the history remains understandable.
