Your roof has a story. Let’s see its solar potential.
Google coverage varies. Your address is shared with Google to find your roof. Contact details are requested before revealing your panel design and solar potential report.
Preliminary layouts and production are estimates, subject to imagery coverage and property and utility review. Prefer to talk? Book a video review.
YOUR REQUEST. A USEFUL NEXT STEP.
More than a name on a contact form.
Your initial roof preview, entered bill and project goal travel with your request. Origin follows up to confirm your actual usage and the work your home needs.

What your review works toward
A preliminary solar layout for the proposed roof
Your roof-project stage saved with the design request
Roof-condition and mounting questions to resolve before installation
A coordinated proposal after the property and responsible trades are verified
Instant output is a preliminary solar report where usable Google data exists. Final design, equipment, pricing and any savings comparison follow property review.
BUILT AROUND YOUR HOME
Plan the roof and the array in the right order.
This review is for homeowners considering a new solar installation alongside roof work. The preview makes the idea visible; the next conversation checks roof readiness, planned materials and who owns each part of the job. If panels are already installed, start with removal and reinstall instead.
01
Check remaining roof life first.
The Department of Energy advises considering roof age and replacement timing when assessing solar. Share known leaks, repair history, the roof material and any recent inspection. Satellite imagery cannot determine whether decking, underlayment or the finished roof is ready for an array.
Before scheduling either crew, request a sequence that names the roof contractor, solar installer and who approves the mounting details. Clarify attachment and flashing responsibility, access, material changes and roof warranty conditions. A combined conversation still needs a clear written scope for each trade.
For properties within Orlando’s jurisdiction, the city publishes a residential roof-permit process with roof-covering and underlay information and inspection steps. That roof permit does not by itself authorize a grid-connected solar system to operate. Confirm your property’s jurisdiction and track the solar and utility milestones too.
Will the map prove that my roof can support solar?
No. The roof preview uses imagery and a solar model. Physical condition, structural requirements, obstructions and the final attachment design need a property review.
Can my existing roofer stay involved?
Yes. Share the proposed roof material, scope and schedule with Origin so the teams can discuss their responsibilities. Already working with an Origin representative? Keep them involved in the same project conversation.
My home already has solar. Where should I start?
Use the removal-and-reinstall request below. That review begins with the existing equipment, authorization, handling and roofing handoff; this preview is designed to explore a new array.
